Love the "use what you have" esthetic too. We run the 18K motors in several of our classes on a 130' Carrera and they are plenty fun (laps around 11 seconds, a twisty scenic track).
Looking forward to the AAR.

Posted: Thu Jun 18, 2015 7:14 amWell she tested pretty good against the other Group 5 cars (didn't win) but I did discover one thing I forgot.....rails on Carrera track stand somewhat higher than Ninco :doh: ; I definitely had a "tripod" going on!
