Looks like the Dragon is stimulating a lot of thought and some interesting builds. I wonder what the final record time will be for the course and which car will set that record...............(?)

Some cool recycling going on there - and from the looks of things - a cool looking build in the making! :handgestures-thumbup:
I do have to ask though - as I have never seen them before - where did you get those spring clamps that can be seen holding on to the wheels you are reworking? Those look pretty darn handy with the 4 square sides of the spring portion! :D

Thanks guys. Today I almost finished the Lycoming engine. I'm planning the climber chassis now.
Todd, I get a lot of nifty stuff from these folks. It was intended to be a teacher's helper kind of place, but they have gone way beyond science fairs and such now. American Science & Surplus.

That's one nice looking build! The engine detail, by itself, should be enough to slay the dragon..................!

Dave, the decals I have on hand are going to look dumb on anything but silver or gunmetal gray. Is it copying yours too much to do silver?
