Inserts for CBDesign Wheels

I need inserts the will fit with CBDesign 15' wheels (15x7, 15x8, 15x10, etc.). I know that these wheels are designed to take Slot.It inserts, but I need 3-prong knock-off wire wheel inserts for a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR. Does anyone know of any aftermarket resin inserts that will work well with these particular wheels? Thanks.
Allan

Allan,
I couldn't find any for the #20, so turned down the Scalex original wheels. Had ordered some that looked promising; but the vendor is rather notoriously slow. They did not arrive in time to try them out...and still have not.
Hope you have better luck finding them, or if you don't have a small lathe, I would be willing to locate and turn down a set.

Have you looked on Dart Hobbies site - or check with Munter (on HRW)- Art and John should have something that suits
cheers

I've used D'Art inserts on 15x7 and 15x8 CBDesign wheels in the past and although I really like the detail and thinness he gets with his inserts, the 0.450 inserts are just a little undersized for these wheels. Art's been very helpful in suggesting ways to get a tighter fit, but I'd like to find something that's a little wider for these particular wheels, because I don't have the skills to adapt the smaller inserts to the 15" wheels.
I haven't talked to John yet.

The only thing I have in half production that is a wire insert and fits the 15" slotit rim is this...

It is a Boranni lookalike so may not be any use.
Casting the spoked insert with a clear three prong knock off is a bit of a challenge, one little rip in the mould and it is rendered US(utterly stuffed)

Considering that CB Design wheels are fast becomming the go to brand, at least in North America, some enterprising resin caster needs to start making every conceivable insert that might be needed. Has anyone tried 3D printing inserts? Might be a product idea for D3D or someone who knows their way around the Shapeways process. They even advertise metal printing, and maybe could make very authentic looking wire wheels.
I don't know much about how this stuff works, just thinking out loud and wondering if it is possible.
