Hot Here Too Harry! having heat indices in the low 100's! The thermo in my shop read 108 last night at 8;00pm. Afternoon showers just bring up the already high humidity, and makes being in the slot cave a bit unpleasant, At least the road course room has A/C now!
I envy your opportunity to run the PDR, It is one of my all time favorite tracks.
Got some molding and casting going on right now that might be of interest to some when finished? could be another proxy in the near future!
Hope everyone is staying as cool as possible.
Bob

Lettuce know how it goes Dave lol.....
Our weather here is heading to a humdex in the 40c and heavy weather coming in.
Heavy rains , high winds and hail in the forecast.
I will get the old a/c turned on in the garage , as I have to replace the copper tape on the 85 foot 3 lane routed road course this weekend.
I hope the old stuff comes off ok and I dont have a lot of adhesive to remove.
Next weekend is my first big event of the season here, and the city boys arent sure about the menu.
18 wheel tenderized venison burgers , sounds perfect to me lol.
Have a good one everybody.
Bob

Just returned home from an 8 day trip up the Oregon Coast. Lovely weather there except for a windy period on Thursday afternoon evening. Weather not bad at our house which is about 30 miles inland, It was in the mid 80's when we arrived last evening. But right now I am at our Mendocino coast to play with my G scale model train club. It is a nice low 70's here. I am looking forward to get back to playing around with my newly acquired Scaley Sport Digital toys. I have an advanced power base to wire back into my track. The PO cut it loose from the base track so that it could be mounted remotely. I got a new cross over straight section. I only had curved crossovers before. I have also been watching the returns from the ROAR Fun Run proxy with interest.
