Got your attention! No Carrera didn't make this whole thing, but they did build the chassis! Its a 57 Chevy. The body is a snaptite model. I needed a running mate for my Chevy's, and a Good old Ford would do just fine.
I see now that my wheel color is off a bit, and will need re-done, but it runs great, and will be perfect for a race companion to the others.

Thanks Guy's! I didn't mention this originally, but I was able to retain the whole model kit interior by removing a piece to clear the motor, and also has a full driver figure. Roll bar is a cut down Artin stocker piece.

Richard, They pop up on E-bay all the time. this one was the Califonia Dreamin version, Cost was $7.99 plus shipping. not a bad price for custom build.

Very cool, Bob. So what the wheels aren't precisely the same color! I think it looks fantastic. That's the same chassis set up under my "Rebel Resins" 49 Ford and she runs great!

Now that is nice. It goes perfect with the Chevys. Its nice to see some Fords in the mix. :text-bravo:
