Cortina and friends
Posted: Mon Sep 21, 2015 4:43 pmI recently acquired my first Scalextric Cortina and I must say that I really like this little car. I used to have the white version produced by Revell and it was just awful on my routed track. Bouncing down straights and rolling over in turns. I tried tuning it a bit but eventually gave up and sold it.
The Scaley version will be MUCH easier to get right for my style of driving. So far all I've down is true the front and rear tires and it's already pretty sure footed down the straights and I'm able to slide through the curves very nicely! It will be a great running mate for 2002 and Rabbit.
