Another week in the books and what a busy one. Still updating pages throughout the site, but should have everything finished this morning.
The Skunkworks is chock full of projects and looks like I might get some bench time in finally. Have plenty to keep busy, that's for sure.
RMS Corvair, Sportsman, plus some simple light tuning sessions I want to do.
Hope all of you have a safe and fun slotcar

Buyer's appraiser for the house coming today....fingers crossed! Have to work this weekend, only a couple more and I'll be "fully retired".
All of my fellow Vets....don't forget next Wednesday, lots of "thank yous" from local businesses, parades and ceremonies. Don't be shy, we earned it.

Dave - Good luck Sir on the house sale! Exciting stuff for sure!
The LT and his wife are home as is #1 daughter. Lots of family time, food I'll have to exercise off, and lots of laughter.
I'm working on a dust extraction setup that I'll talk about sometime next week.

Still up to my ears in home repair. I have half of my front porch torn off doing dry rot repairs. It's tough rebuilding the only access to your house from the top down while you are still living in the house. I've been busy on ebay lately. I got three Artin cars for $12.50 plus postage, a couple of those old black window Scaley Thunderbirds and some misc. parts. Plan to do some builder projects when the rain starts falling. They keep saying it will rain in California this year.

Had plans to attend the our annual tractor pull banquet tomorrow night, but work put a mandatory work day for tomorrow, so we'll miss that. Kind of sucks, but we'll appreciate it in next week's check.
Otherwise, hope to work more on the oval and clean up the basement more this weekend.

I'm rebuilding my American Graffiti track over the weekend, finally. I cut and sliced it up last weekend to fit my new space. This weekend I'm building the new frame for the track to sit on and re-route a few sections.

Hopefully putting the finishing touches on a Carrera Ferrari 348 (red AF Corsa livery) for racing next Wednesday night at our local track. We've just added a Carrera GT class (also includes the DTM cars), so it should be fun to run it. We now have 8 classes and run two per week; so we rotate through all of the classes once a month. Works well. Right now, we have:
1. Scaley LMP
2. Scaley GT
3. Fly classic
4. Racer sideways Group 5
5. Slot.It Group C
6. TransAM
7. 2" little motor classic class (Ninco 356s, etc.)
8. Carrera Sports Cars
All raced on silicone tires, except the new Carrera class, which will be on urethanes. Every Wednesday night; Plaistow, NH, everyone welcome.
