Hello my name is Cameron and I am 12 years old. Harry is my papaw.

This my first slot car report. This is my new Pontiac Firebird I got for Christmas. It is one of my fastest cars.

I took these pictures myself. these are the first I have ever done.

The Pontiac Firebird is my favorite because it runs the smoothest on my track. It also has great details that I enjoy. And I enjoy the muscle car look to it.

Great post - welcome aboard. Slot car racing was my favorite hobby at 12 and still is 50 years later.

Now get your pawpa to help you build a custom chassis for a car of your own design and you'll be good to go for years to come.

One more thing - there are these things in life called girls (then women) who can become quite a distraction in the future. The ones who understand the love for cars and hobbies are the best of the bunch. Stay strong young slotter!

Good job. I have the silver Firebird. It is a nice car. I just need to replace the rear tires to run on wood. :violin:

Welcome Cameron, you have just enlarged your group of friends and family quite a bit.
Those pictures are really good, much better than mine come out.
The Firebird, well thats a real muscle car for the track, looks great.
