I have all three versions of that T-Bird Carrera put out and I love them all. I always like the touch of whimsy Carrera put in some of their cars by using animated female drivers - wish they would get back to some of that, as no one else seems to do much in that regard.

Dave you know I love my Carrera cars but I would think you would not want that car to ever be brought up again. I understand why it was done but... :naughty: Lightning McQueen is whimsical, that is just plain wrong.

At the time I would have said I agree with you. In the coming years when these are not readily available I'd say people will look at this car with the same view they now do of the Santa car and the other "Carrera oddities" that we've made. I'm sure this will make "Slottus" happy to hear that I now admit...grudgingly admit.

Stepping out of the box is a good thing - I'm always glad when slot car companies do something different. Still love my Lola Maserati, Aston Martin Mayhem and the street Mustangs that look like they have my oldest daughter driving them! :D
