I know I should be working on other stuff but I needed a better solution for track cleaning. I had the old Motorific wrecker body for years, I had intended to make a brass chassis but had a Carrera GTO that had taken one to many trips to the garage floor. They matched up pretty good . So I gave the truck a new coat of orange paint, a dash ,bench seat, and driver. Also fitted some brass to hold the tape for track cleaning. Not done yet but thought I would share a couple pics of the test fit.

Chassis picture very blurry but you get the idea. I'll post a couple more when I get it finished. Jim

That is neat! I got one of those I run around on my track with the original battery powered chassis.

Thanks . I am sure I picked it up on ebay. I might even have another one but I'm sure not all the parts are there. I know the "sweeper part does not look to good but it works. I'm going to look through my decal sheets and see if I can find a gas station logo. I'm thinking a Shell logo would work. I freed mine from the chassis some time ago. I'm sure they be worth money someday but that's never stopped me before. Thanks again guys

Neat looking track cleaner but, like Harry told me when I showed mine, it's much simpler to just attach a piece of folded masking tape to a low riding reliable car and drive it around.

It is easy. And for anyone who just asks about common cleaning, I stand by it.
This is more about modeling and fun. Taking something off the shelf and turning it into something interesting.
