Rebuilt MRRC Ferrari 275P

I dug out my old 275 P and found it with the tires as hard as glass, so decided it needed a face lift. I built a Gift Card chassis for it, and purchased a nice set of wire wheels. I stripped off all the factory "stickers" . I prepped the shell for painting , and proceeded to paint it Ferrari red. Decals were made on my Laser jet, and a scratchbuilt the interior and cast a full driver. shod with PGT urethanes it runs well.

I cheated and used this in a promotion poster for the Kleskun Hills 143 proxy I am holding in October. Poster has been edited with photoshop and stylized to look like a water color. I print these out on water color art paper, frame them and they make inexpensive pictures to hang up.
This picture kind of captures all the buildings and stands I have been building. You can see the Stewards tower, pit boxes, admin building and the grandstands full of fans in the distance.

Before the conversion to a water color, but after I have removed the slots.

Cheers
Dan
