What resistance Parmas at home?

I just finished swapping out my Ninco controllers for 2 of my old Parmas. I decided to go with the 45 ohm set up ( had to retrofit one from 25 to 45). They are much smoother than the Nincos but when I did club racing I used a 25 ohm Parma which seem a bit more responsive (of course that was on an 88 foot Carrera). So what does everyone use and why?

I have a 35 and a 45. I prefer the 35 on a commercial track, just seems more responsive.

I prefer the budget priced Professor Motor electronics. They seem to work well with everything, I only do home racing.

It depends a bit on your track, but mine runs 45 ohm.

45 Ohm - Ran those for years. Good mid-range of control on most stock motored cars.

45 for my routed track as well, been pleased with performance.
