This car was another off the shelf pick today at the LHS. This one was first in the cart however as The General had the case unlocked and car loaded before I could even ask :)



Just love this paint scheme. Very creative on Carrera's part. The shade of blue works well here, yet it almost reminds me of a baseball team uniform. I like it a lot though and given the time of year, not a bad thing.



Artwork and clear coat are crisp. Compared to the Scaley Croc Audi, it's miles smoother. The Audi has a distinct "orange peel" whereas none of that is shown here.





The bonus is that it matches up perfectly with the Cobra. Not a bad looking pair of rivals.

That is on my must-get list. What PGT tires are going on it?

The corvette is one of the best looking cars I have ever got. Need two, one for the track and the other above the fireplace. Lap time on Scalextric sport track stock very close with the Cobra.

I'm surprised there is a street driver in there.. :think:

This mold only has a street driver in it. I'm not able to change that, I wish i could.
