they also did that to a few of the other gt cars. nice if you can get the clear plastic you can make a full detail car.

It would cost you more to convert one of these to a car with a full interior than just buying one already equipped. Unless you already have a previous purchase that got damaged that you can scavenge from. Btw, thats what I did with one of my Scaleys.

Also, without the interior the chassis would have 2 holes without screws and maybe Scalextric thought it would be easier to do it that way than sell a model that appeared to be incomplete.

The livery on this car caught my eye which is why I bought it. I also have the yellow and black generic version. I guess that have never had the lid off of that car to see if it has an interior or I surely would have noticed it. These cars are destined to be used on my SSD wood hybrid track when I get her completed. I have decided for digital purposes, black windows are OK. I also have four block window Ninco 1 Camaros and Mustangs that I will run as ghost cars against these Scaley Vettes.

"I have decided for digital purposes, black windows are OK."
Really curious why black windows are okay for digital, but not for analog?

Csar, I think of my analogue racing in more aesthetic terms. My analogue track is much more landscaped. My cars are more detailed. My Digi racing is....... more about racing. The cars take more of a beating for sure. Hence the black windows are OK for me.
