First highlight everything by holding down the Shift key and scrolling down. Next hit Ctrl and C at the same time to copy everything. Open Word if you have that and hit Ctrl and V to paste in the text. Once you have done that do a Save As. If you don't have Word or something similar you can use WordPad which is in Windows under Accessories.
