I saw this and thought it was interesting. The recent BTCC cars are this new inline style with half tray interior as well. And both are pretty quick runners.
Remember these wheels are now the standard "Slot.it" sizes so tires are easy to find.

Offhand, this reminds me of the Fly Saleens from years ago. They had an ultra lightweight interior, loads of excellent details, and were surprisingly fast with just a little tuning.

Good to see folks picking up a classic Aussie Ford - used to watch these racing around the mountain (on TV) as a kid (Bathurst)
