the boys were over last night for some impromptu Saturday night racing , and the attrition rate was high :o .
two of my old favs went down with broken pin mounts , first time I have ever had a scalextric car break its pin mount...
and after looking around this morning could not find these two chassis.....leb hobbies , slot car corner, cincy, just to mention a few sites I visited .....so
anybody have these two chassis , the Ford GT , and the Jaguar XKRS

B-Nova guide kit.... in this case the repair is better than a new chassis.

Just thinkin the same thing...OMG I'm thinking like Jesla now.... :o

CG Slotcars do a similar repair piece to B Nova that might do the job - http://www.slotcarcorner.ca/guide-post-adapters/

I figure that if you are going to repair a guide flag holder you might as well use something that can't possibly break again. I have repaired several Scalextric cars using a homemade brass guide flag holder that is held in place with screws and epoxy.
