For the love of slot cars, show your cool pics!

I love slot cars. I love racing them, tuning them, taking pictures of them, looking at pictures of them.

Anyhow, it would be great if there was a thread that showed cool pics of slot cars. I know it may have been done before, and not everybody is into it, but maybe enough are. Besides, I just broke 100 posts and am frankly ashamed of my lack of participation here.

If this post gets buried in the muck, then so be it. If not, then great.

When I was a kid, first getting into slot cars, I imagined they were REAL cars.................MY real cars! The thought of racing the real cars around a track was inescapable, and (at the time) they were so cool looking...my own Jaguar, and Ferrari!!! I guess I never lost that because now, when I photograph these tiny vehicles, I try to make them look real! My question to the readers of this thread is, "Do you want your cars to look real, or what they are...slot cars?"
