A coworker is selling his 1/32 cars and accessories and I'm hoping you guys would help me in assessing their value.
One is a Parma Flex 2, the other a JK in a box that says "Cust. Corvette JK 202170. He also has 2 Parma controllers. One 2 ohms, the other 4 ohm. Both have clear handles, one with a rubber grip.
Any ideas what these items are worth?

Old commercial track gear. Controllers aren't worth more than a couple bucks IMHO, useless for any home cars.
Get photos. Post on Ebay. Your friend will get the best deal there.

After a look on eBay, it looks like the cars could be 1/24

Harry is right, it's 1/24 commercial track gear. Put them on eBay. The controllers would require a different resistor to be usable for 1/32 cars.

The chassis would most likely only be of value to a collector as they are no longer actively raced anywhere I know of. I probably have three or four similar chassis stashed away somewhere.

These are 1/24. The whole lot is worth about $35-$50 on a good day. Used Flexi's, usually $20-$30 on Ebay. Flexi's are still a common raceway car. Controllers are still suitable for commercial racing and can be $10-$20 each. At these individual prices and the 15% cost to sell., on ebay you would get about $40+ fort this stuff.
