I just bought a used Black Arrow Aston Martin, I think it is a DBR9 but it may be a Vantage Definitely used but in really good shape except for a chipped rear wing end piece. The previous owner had worked on it but apparently wasn't happy with it's performance. I tried it with the stock 28K rpm motor and it was too much for my short track so I swapped in a Slotting Plus 21.5K rpm motor which improved things considerably. I noticed it is very light up front, so much so that the springiness of the guide braids pushed the front up about 1/16 inch so I will add a little lead behind the guide. The livery is very nice looking (black & red). Later today I'll take some pictures and add them to this thread.

There is a very good set-up guide on the Black Arrow website for this car:
https://www.blackarrow.es/multimedia_descargas.phpScroll down to the English version, it is a pdf but loads very quickly.
I followed it to the letter and got my car to handle really well. The stock tires are not much good though, at least not on my wood track. Slot.it N22 or NSR Ultragrip are a better choice.

Bob I just bought the same car from Mab. Took it out of the box and onto the track , a real good runner. Dont know what he did to it but on my wood track it runs fantastick.
Thanks for the download Dennis.
