Scaley Component Pack (C8523) motor specs?

Any one know the spec RPM of the motor included in the Scaley Educational Component Pack (C8523) of axles, motors, wheels and additional components?

It has a white end bell as opposed to the C8423 motor which has a black/dark gray endbell with a spec of 30k rpm.

8523.jpgI picked up several of these component packs for use in upgrading some old Artin 1/32 chassis for scratch build projects. I suspect they may be perhaps 18,000 rpm or thereabout motors. Less than $4 for each of these packs.

I’m going to say 18k because of the black stripe. Could be wrong

hey 18k black strip motor. scaly color paint the non 18 k motors.
yellow is 21k
orange is 30k

As far as I can determine these are geared towards science/technology educators in UK, Canada, and perhaps OZ. Thus, Scalextric doesn't charge the full retail nor can I determine if they sell to non-educators. I made a multiple purchase deal.
