Auto Union Type D
Posted: Tue Oct 16, 2018 5:16 pmWith Munters prewar Proxy in mind I dug out an old Matchbox 1/32 Auto Union Type D I had in storage. I built a brass inline frame and used some plastic Ferrari rims I had on hand. I have ordered the period correct large diameter wheels for it which it will be fitted with once they arrive. I fashioned a period correct driver, by bashing a resin driver I had on hand.
Would be nice if a person could find similar period correct Ferrari's and Maserati's to go with this.
