I thought about inserts but I kind of like the look of the aluminum rims. Send me inserts that fit and I might use them :D

Nice work Bob. I have this car in stock SCX form except for PG tires. It's generally not among my better Trans Am cars, but then on occasion it has turned in some of the fastest laps in my series. I really like the wide front and rear track, makes for good stability.

Mini Lites wsould be the period correct wheels, but then not everyone is as anal about their slot cars matching their full size versions as I am.

Mine ran OK with the modified scx chassis but it couldn't keep up with my other TransAms. Now it runs with my best. I know the rims and tires aren't stock dimensions but, to me, it's the running that counts the most.

This is a great looking car, one of my most favorite Trans Ams of all time. If I had my pick of any to be in my driveway my head would say Cougar or Mustang, but my hearty would want this car. Imagine taking this to a cruse night car show!

I have other great looking cars too, but if they drive like they're pulling an anchor they do tend to gather more dust.
