Since this is probably the best slot car you can buy for under $30, I couldn't resist buying one of these white kits and doing up a fantasy livery with some decals from the parts bin. Not the best job I've done to be sure but looks good whizzing around my layout.

I'm not the only one! I actually have both the original MB Slot and later Scale Auto versions. They must have made some deal since the Scale Auto body perfectly fits the MB Slot version. And I never saw a slot car with mirrors that screamed "break me off" more. To prove this I rolled the silver MB Slot on it's first lap in it's first corner and took both mirrors off. The second one was never given the opportunity. :roll:



The blue is a nice look.
