After some hard racing my car quit.
The guide is broken and the braid is missing.
This car was modified by Bruce. It is a real DaVols race car.
I have been trying to locate a replacement guide by SCX. All the guides I find have a pin to restrain the guide. Any idea where I can locate the proper guide?

Any pictures of the underside of the car?

No , but it has not been changed. Bruce was always changing to slim can motors.
It looks like the standard guide for SCX without the pin.

I have one of those somewhere. Let me go look.

That's the one. See, there is no place for the pin.

I should have several SCX guides I will look in the morning. Not sure what you mean by the "pin".

I think he means no pin like the SCX digital cars have. The SCX digital guide guides have a pin that lowers down in the center of the shaft to make the car change lanes.
The guide he needs is a standard guide.
