What a week. Getting a lot of new reviews up and hope they help out some of you. Kurt and Jeremy are working hard on more, so stay tuned.

Heading up to Jeff City tonight. Hobby Lobby/40% coupon time :) We will see what model kits they have. I don't need anymore, but since when has that stopped any of us from buying more? Plus The General is project shopping. Also good time to re-stock on brass at the local Ace.

Paint booths! Seem like everyone is making them and time for me to try my hand at it. Means some moving around in the old Skunkworks to make things fit, but it needs to be done. In small spaces like ours, you need to re-organize once in awhile. As my daughter puts it: "I am playing tetris" just with toys :)

It is a long weekend for some. Thank all of you veterans out there for your service. Words do not describe my gratitude for your sacrifices and commitments.

This is my working weekend but still trying to finish up my Autograss Mini, and started a new repaint on a 70' Camaro for my T/A field. Trying to keep my wallet closed although with all these new releases it seems the money just flies out on its own.. :lol:

Helping track owner hang drywall in the new 24x28 addition just for the track (man we are waaay tooo much into this), might get a few laps in sat. nite with the gang in the old 1 to 1 race shop.

I wasn't going to say the same old thing because I feel like working the same project all the time is boring for others to hear about, but sidedraft has gratified me.

And, yes, I'll still be slaving away at the old track again. But the good news is that the biggest obstacles have been overcome, and testing the smoothness of the track with a weighted bare chassis shows that I can paint and tape soon. I hope to not only finish in time for Thanksgiving, but actually get to test my Autograss cars on it.

Where is it?

Rainy season here. Our new house has no dehumidification until sometime next year. Averaging 85% humidity inside the house this week, so slot car stuff is all hiding in boxes. I'll probably be trapped indoors putting up new cat walkways.

My grandson's football is playing their district championship game tomorrow, so I'll be there.

Then it's over to DeBary Glen to check out my new Alfa Giulietta by Carrera. I will also prep cars for Race Day in Jacksonville. NASCAR, Group C and possibly Trans-Am.

Got a nice clear Saturday by the looks. Makes a change after the last couple of days that were cold and wet. His Lordship has a limo job on tonight. Only a short one, unfortunately, but every little bit helps. The cars haven't been out of their shed for ages it seems. So better go and check them and polish one up for tonight I suppose.

Hope to get a bit of little car time in somewhere.

I have some major drainage issues here at home when it rains. Im digging my last trench & laying stormwater pipe. Ive been working on this on & off for a month so Im over the moon Im nearly finished. There is a maze of pipes running around my property now. Funny thing is it hasnt rained here since I started.

If I get time I have a few cars to finish off for the kids & also start the barriers around my track

Got a 24 hour race at Area 51 in CT this weekend. Got guys from Quebec, Michigan, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and even Connecticut attending. Heading early in the morning, but will try to get a thread going sometime so you guys can catch some of the action. :dance:

Finished up repairing the Racer 935 Porsche K3. Some of the photoetched thingies came off along with the rear wing. Trying to figure out body mounts for the RMS Datsun 510. Not sure about a livery for this car yet, gonna have a look at Slotcars4u's site again. :)
