Changing SCX Pro Pods

Can anyone tell me how to release the SCX Pro pods from the chassis. I want to change pods in one of my project cars. I have done this a couple of years back but forgot what I did. Thanks!

there is a plastic cap that needs to be removed from the front of the chassis, ahead of the pod. Be real careful though, not to break it as you lift off one end. Hope this helps.
