A week or so ago, somebody put up a tip about a guy in Portugal who was selling SCX cars at a great discount. I bought the Citroen 2CV Sahara (engine in both ends, two completely independent drive units for 4WD- crazy!), for $30, and its runs like a top. It was in a sealed case, perfect condition and got here sooner than I would ever have believed.
Its for real, and there are lots of cars on the site. Even with overseas shipping, my total in this car is less than retail in the US.

The guy sells through an Ebay account (in Portugal) with a very good English translation. I have looked and I can't find the post that sent me there. Here's the link to his store:

I've seen his auctions on eBay. Seems to have some cars we can't get here. Most seem reasonably priced. :)

I've ordered from him and had good results, just don't be in a real hurry. I did have one order that was delayed in Customs.
