What a week. Lot's of stuff going on around the hobby as new releases are already showing up. Scaleys, SRC's, even a few Flyslots.
Working on a couple projects here for the site. Nothing major, just a few enhancements.
Remember if you see latest news as you surf the great www, feel free to post/link to it. We always allows links to slot car related items that help inform your fellow enthusiasts.
Hope all of you had a great week and this weekend you have some slot time to play.

Fun times indeed! I've been on a vintage GP kick of late, Monogram, Airfix, Atlas and Scalextrics wonderful current models of 60's GP. It looks like 2k14 will be a great year for these cars as Scalextric is going to release some real gems! I guess I need to stock up on BWA motors!

Oh boy. After a week of over 40C weather it's jolly nice to be enjoying a mild day of 25C. Got some chores to catch up on. And then some time in the toy room to make sure the heat hasn't done any serious damage.

It's been colder than a well diggers....well you know. Good thing I have some projects to keep me warm and in the house. I've already been out too much today, I'm still trying to warm up. Currently working on the Cal Look VW Bug and the Yard racing #38 T/A Mustang. :)

This weekend is the big experiment in vac forming windows for the Revell Mercedes 300SL. If it works (and I have no idea if it will), we'll have loads of these to spread around.

I'm in San Francisco visiting our eldest daughter. Tee shirt weather in January. It's downright wierd.

No slot time this weekend. Winter has finally arrived after a shaky start, and the skating season is in full swing.
On sunday Ursula & I took a swim in a near-by lake to practice getting back on the ice in case of a break-through.
That's me crawling back up. It's all part of an annual club drill to increase the safety when skating on natural ice
