Wish we hadn't thought of that :) non-sig series

As per the discussion on the signature series here is a chance to have a chuckle at all the not quite there attempts by slot manufacturers. No harsh bagging just point out some of the glaring errors or mistakes or post about cars that made you ask - what were they thinking?

I will start with one

Scaley released the yellow #29 GT40 recently - nice looking car a different livery (hard to come by with so many GT40s out there) only problem the car that raced that livery was a GT40 (MK1) and they released a MKII car - oh well back to the drawing board. Funnily enough in the chat about them getting it wrong someone posted that they had got the next car right - the white Daytona car #98 I think - wrong they put snorkels on it when the car didn't have snorkels. Minor detail I know but still :)

roll on

Let's face it. Scalex have had some doozies.

Just some of the ones I mentioned earlier from their "what were they thinking" archive:
The horse and sulky set
The steeplechase set
The Velodrome set
The StarWars Pod racer set (Although, I did think this would do well with the StarWars junkies)
The whole concept of "Start" track
