Looks good to me. New camera eh? well, you sure are doing well with it.
Poor car has been passed around a few times, but always within the HRW circle of trust :)
Now bring it with you when you visit.
Seems I should get a new one as some of my racing partners are starting to race them.

Excellent work, David! It looks like you did just what was necessary to get it running up to snuff on your track. And it looks fantastic on your track too.
I was thankful to Harry for offering this car to me a couple of months ago, but my switch to Carrera digital meant that it wasn't going to be seeing much track time. I'm glad, and I think he is too, that it found the perfect home! :D

Looks great, Dave. Though this isn't my favorite livery it's still eye catching. I did note one omission...... :scared-eek: I figure with your attention to detail it had to be an oversight. :laughing-rolling:

I bought the 907K brand new and was initially very disappointed. Then I started analyzing what it's problems were and tried to fix the most glaring ones. My conclusions were pretty much the same. I lowered the front of the body and raised the rear a hair. PG tires were mounted and the motor secured. It's a pretty good runner now but it can't quite keep up with my Fly Ferrari 512s.

That's a great looking car! No more work than a Fly probably. Worth it in the end.

I have the same car and it is quick and responds well if overdriven which I seem
to end up doing because to be quick you have to always be pushing the line. Doubt
it would ever keep up with a well tune 512, but then neither could the 1:1.....

How big is the 908 compared to the Fly Porsche Carrera?

Yes ...sorry i meant 907 and I did mean the Porsche Carrera 6. With so many different variations of Porsche 9s during the late 1960s and early 70s its is hard to keep track of what is what and the slight and sometimes not so slight variations in body styles. I.E. most of us know the 917, 917-10 and the 908 but after that... I need to see a pic ...lol

Thanks! Just about the same size...I have the same number 29 Porshe Carrera..that was the hardest Fly for me to get to run good...and I have quite a few so I finally had to use aluminum wheels since the wheels were so out of round.
