Well thanks for posting this Marty. Nice to see someone beating me to it :)
It will become part of my collection without hesitation.

That's neat car. I hope they get the wheels like the one in the picture. If not, that can be fixed, we have the technology. :)

Going to need two of those. I'm a sucker for French cars.

A Slot.it car that I can say no to! Just one of those things: this 1:1 car just never appealed to me. Something "old fashioned" in appearance and just lacking in imagination to my eye. I realize that, due to the dimensions of the car, this is likely going to be the fastest Slot.it ever. But I buy predominantly based on pretty and sentimental attachment, not just speed.
And it does seem rather silly to go to all the trouble of posting that I will NOT be getting a car, but it is such an unusual event that it compelled me to comment!
Sigh... it won't last long though: there are several others I am waiting for...

Hey, sometimes it's good to see a new car and be able to say "I don't want it". Gives the wallet a much-needed break. :)
Personally, I'd rather have the LMM version (odd French car built by odd French company), but a smooth runner would be nice, too.

This is for sure on my purchase list. I have taken an interest in the 70s era LeMans prototype cars and the Matras were very historic, and the Slot It version looks great and sure to be a great running slot car. The "green trim" version of this car, driven by Henri Pescarolo, is also scheduled for release later this year.

I am going to hold out and wait for the short-tail version that I hope will be forthcoming.
It's a prettier car, and will probably work better as a slot car too.

Will this new car be in a inline configuration? the look doesn't do much for me my .02 worth, just wish they would at least try sometime & make an American muscle type car or a Corvette. We can only dream, sometimes tired of having to make our own bodies & set them on a fast Slot it chassis....
