P028 Pioneer Shotgun Wedding Dodge Charger Authenticity

I am not that familiar with the packaging of this particular car and I want to purchase only one that is factory wrapped.
I am hazy on this, but I understand that there is a serial number and a hologram found on the outer sleeve that corresponds with something...?????
Also, are these cars shrink-wrapped like the other Pioneer cars?
In short, can anyone tell me how a factory-correct, undisturbed P028 Charger should be and what should be present to verify its authenticity?
