Me too and for the longest time I did not know why. This car has appealed to me since the first one and could not figure out what it was that made the car so appealing.
I think it is just how well balanced it looks and feels on the track. I only have the first 2 in my garage but I am pretty sure this will be the one to fill the "3rd lane requirement".
Thanks for the update too.

Oh sure, why not make it 2? :)
That is a nice idea though!

Harry,
Give JD Gibbs a call. Perhaps he can hook you up with TRD?

Yes, nice looking. Not a limited person myself, so I'll take the boring regular one :)

That model is on my short list too. (The blue and white Minolta livery). I think it's just because I played Gran Turismo 4 on my PlayStation2 back in the day, and that car was the prize for winning the 200 mile race at "El Capitan" That was always the first endurance race I tried to win. That car could just about clean up the events it was eligible for after that.
I am looking for some other group C cars to keep my Jaguar company.

I installed an angle winder in mine and took the inline out. Wow it runs great! Holds track record in my track.

Marty that new FromA Porsche is a beauty, is it the one with the light weight body, 17.5 grams or something.
Looks great, and should be a rocket.

I have the Castrol Jaguar. I plan on one or two of the Porsches and the Minolta Toyota. They all look like a lot of fun to drive.

I think this is an iconic series from the premier manufacturer in slot cars. Awesome cars, awesome parts, crazy low prices. I still can't see how Slot.it can sell cars like this for what they do.
The Minolta cars are some of my favorite liveries too. Great stuff!

Does the rear wing clip on? The reason I ask is, last week a guy brought his arsenal of 1/32 to the track and one of his clipped on....But those are beautiful cars....
Oh and my Slot.It runs a lot quieter than some of the brands he had, the chatter of vibrating plastic from those hard rubber tires....
Well, I took out the magnet and added foam tires, this ought to be fun....Good that it has a 3/32 axel I can put on worn down tires off my 1/24 cars...I have some pro-track with mag wheels ordered....
