Pretty calm week for around here. Mothers Day went well and a few new items on the way for us to write about.

Content is always important and we will be working on a couple reviews as well as some pit row items.

The General is off for a girl's weekend to visit family and I'll be busy here finishing up a few projects. Late model Camaro finished and now a Jalopy project has been born.

So what plans do you have this weekend?

I'm working on another VW Bug T/A type car. Cleaning up the driveway where the old Thunderbird was. You wouldn't believe how much junk was under it. Everyone have a good and safe weekend. :)

Got the Slot It Mercedes to finish up. Decals are done just need to clear it and assemble it.

working tonight till 23:00 then get to go back in at 08:00 on Sat. :scared-eek:

I hope to have a few chassis jigs made up this weekend :banana-dance:

Working on getting another rental property going, and installing a new amp in the VW. And seeing Godzilla on Sunday. :)

Not finding much time for slot cars right now. :(

Another laid back weekend.

Sunday is Can-Am day at DeBary Glen, so it will be a fun filled day.

Go to work a few hours each morning. Then it's work on getting the trim painted on the Nugen.

Spent my time off yesterday putting a new wiper motor in the Grand Marquis and taking down some t-posts around a no longer used paddock (horse not car). At work till 2130 tonight, Sat and Sun. After that off until 2130 Mon eve so I have to start getting the Household Mgr's old Mountaineer in shape to put on Craigslist. Retirement is fast appproaching and I'm busier than ever!

Great weekend planned racing but 1st celebrating a fellow slot racer from Catalonia's BD. :banana-dance:

Daughter's 14th birthday tonight. She had courtside seats at the Clippers game last night (what a treat) and tonight out to dinner at our local Sushi place. Tomorrow she plays in a basketball tournament at UC Santa Barbara. Sprint Car races at Ventura Speedway on Saturday night and tennis for me on Sunday.

Going to try and see if I can squeeze some slot car time on Sunday.

Ran the air hose from the compressor in the garage to the basement shop tonight...getting VERY close to getting back into production!

Have to replace some emergency brake cables and valve cover gasket on a VW Jetta. Then hopefully finish putting in a new steering box in the Road Runner. Yard work too. Hopefully I will find some slot car time this weekend!
