Plastic Track Slot Depth

I quickly looked for this on the search option but did not find it, perhaps I typed in the wrong info. Years ago when I raced HO on a fairly serious level I traveled to different tracks, I had a section of every brand and age of track I could find to help with car set up as far as tires and pickup springs and the like. I was wondering if anybody had a list of different brands and different offerings from these brands with the slot depth and width. On the second race that I ran it was with a club that put up a temp. track at a motel for a two day event. I found that my vintage NASCAR would not navigate the Scalextric tightest turns without almost stopping. Now with this vintage Trans Am race in Penn., if I am lucky enough to find some regionals and qualify I plan on attending. I forget what type of plastic track is in that store, but when I go I would at least like to be in the ball game. Any information on slot depth and width as well as rail height would be appreciated.
