This just in from Carrera.

The Corvette is the first of the returning GM licensed slot cars. These cars are fully detailed with the D124 and D132 cars having lights and interior detail! We expect all 3 to arrive in September.

So, are they never putting lights back in the analog versions? I miss them. OK, I know I could buy the digital version with lights and run it on analog track but the lights aren't worth the extra price of the digital cars to me.

No. To keep the cost down, the analog versions will not have lights.

I'll be picking this one up.

I've got plenty of lights laying around from other projects that I can make work. It'll be a fun mod to attempt.

Glad to see the Chevy's back in the Carrera lineup.

Bob, we've mentioned that analog cars don't have lights, this isn't going to change as far as i know.

What is the 3rd car? Only 2 shown. I like the black cars, but for some reason have trouble following them on track.

the same decoration of the car will be done for all 3 product lines. 1 digital 132, 1 analog 132, and 1 digital 124.

The only problem I have with this car is....

Please ask Carrera to offer the newer chassis so those of us with older C6R cars can retrofit them to bring them up to current performance levels!
