A dose of gout part 3 Mustang

I originally modified this Mustang about 10 years ago. It's back in service this season in our Scratchbuilt class. The rules are the chassis must be either plastic or paddle pop sticks so I opted for the former othewise I would have had to make a Morgan or a Riley! I loved watching the 1:1 scale car race back in the 1970's and I read recently where it has undergone a complete restoration back to it's glory years :banana-dance:

That really looks neat with the flared out wheel wells!

I've never seen this done on this year stang before?

I remember the stangs of the '80's in IMSA? I think having the wheel wells like that.

Nice seeing folks sharing these sort of builds. Shows that if you really want something, you will grind, glue, sand and build it.

Still haven't gotten brave enough to try the flared wheel wells yet, you did a great job of it!!!
