Very interesting with the lexan chassis. Is it rigid or somewhat flexible?

Its very strong and depending how thick it is, is very flexible.I machine it to between 1mm=1.5mm thick.
Hard to machine thinner as it starts to melt.I use compressed air to keep it cool while machining.

Looking really nice, looks like a lot of work you did..... Could not imagine how many hours it took to make the chassis and pod. Thanks for the pictures :text-bravo:

This one is ready to go. It is Eldon's version of the Porsche 906 using a 3D universal chassis.

Hi to All,

CARaing has finished the 1967 Ford Mirage and now track testing and tuning start....

This is the final product:







this time I opted for painting only and no decals were applied...maybe it would have looked more neat with decals...? Same as the previous Firebird, it is not 100%...but PERFECT to me!!
