glueing tires to the rims ....
using a needle in a scrap piece of wood and a puddle of CA glue on an old CD.
pull away tire partly to reveal space between rim and tire.
put small drops of CA between tire and rim.
3 to 4 applications per tire from outside. let dry. 3 to 4 applications from the inside.
