Superjet piracy alert

Postby transam6870 » Mon Jan 13, 2014 8:10 pm

I would like all on this board to read this. a fellow board member pointed this out to me and I am speechless at the total bullsh#t that I read. they have posted this piracy alert on their site.

first of all everything that I offer is from my own molds from my own collection of cars many of which you guys have watched me create right here on this site. he boasts on his site that the 63 impala is his exclusively, so what, I have the same 63 impala conv and 64 impala ht that he created it from. anyone on this board can do that. I have completed that conversion but I don't offer it just to avoid this very thing.

yes I offer a 70 challenger and a 64 fury just like he does, the only two that are the same, and they came from my own cars and molds and are different from his. I do not offer separate parts as he does. the member on this board that sent the fury to me to mold can attest that they are mine because he got the first copies.

YES I have purchased from them in the past when they were new and I wanted to check it out like everyone else, and NOWHERE will you find them being offered up by me. YES I have the same diecasts to mold from as there is only one offering in most cases in the cars that I want. back when I bought them I popped his JOHNNY LIGHTNING challenger and HIS? cougar into my molds and filled in the windows because that's how I built my cars. my molds were already in use at that time. he goes on to say "devoid of creativity and ideas of his own" . man that pisses me off. how many basswood cars have you guys watched me "create" ? how is that infringing on someone else's hard work or creativity?

Copied his website??? PLEASE!!!!!!!! I chose the coolest template they had available to make things easier on myself, not having a clue as to how to build a website.

"He is an average message board parasite, first class hack and eBay junk seller" yes I sell my blems on ebay, so what?! they are blems and I sell them that way. I am done here, but I wanted to let the masses see the slander that is being spewed forth on his site. slander is exactly what it is and according to the attorney, highly illegal. I will not let this go. I stand behind my cars as being my own because he sure in the hell did not "create" them. if he is going to spew lies and slander he could at least put the name in there and it is proudly spoken by me "43MOTORSPORTS"

That is a very sad state of affairs indeed. I can only wish you luck.

Gents, please take this offline. We at HRW know that Mickey did not beg, borrow, or steal anyone's work as is evidenced by his many posts here of how he's made things.

I recommend that Mickey deal with them on his own and not start a flame war over this here. HRW will continue to support our members that are in good standing as Mickey is.

I'm going to lock this in order for this to blow over while the casters deal with this.

Mickey, you have my phone number, please call me when you can.
