Speaking of tires, what hardness Urethane are you using? I tried some (smooth-on) 20 shore, but the tires flat-spot if left on a car overnight. Is 20 shore too soft? That looks like OOMOO you're using there :)

everything i have read suggests a 30 or 40 shore, so i got both and cant really tell any difference in the 2. so yeah i would guess 20 would be too soft. i havent had any flat spots. the only trouble i had so far was being overzealous with the black dye.the first batch was back soup. no oomoo products. i used the same sillicone to make the tire mold as i use for the cars. the urethane i found on the net. same ingredients just not paying for the brand name, half the price.
