@Hoos: i think that with the latest increase in shipping costs, it will not be really worth it!
Plus i think i got enough for the projects i got on the bench (GTO, Firebird and Charger)
@Nerf, i think Vlad likes Carrera for the offroad apperance. Maybe Miss Merkel likes low cars - she looks like that ;)

Man I have so many of those Artin chassis and never get tired converting them or using the parts to build a new car. Like so many of you said, they are durable and very affordable. All the time, when I go to shopping centers I still look for them and once in a while I get lucky to find one or two. Some of us who started in this hobby started with Artin because of the price and how easy you can get your hands on them. Too bad they don't come as good as they were some years ago.
