started with the works for the Little Monte Proxy
first - changing the guide - the standard new style SCX braid did not work to tell or at all at my track - so in goes a SlideGuide ...
cutting free the front area to give space for the cables
soldering the high flexible silicone wire to the copper strips
a little drop of super glue on the axles near the bearings to minimize the alxe play
shortening the front axle to remove side to side play
glueing the tires with CA to the rims
sanding the tires
sealing the front tires with CA glue
a little work on the ride height may have happened ...
voila ....

front tire trueing: the rubber round drives one wheel while the other one is sanded

the screw-plug of the CA bottle is glued to the bottle. glue is still good, so a little cut on the side to drip out the good stuff.
heals itself ;-)

a little work in the process of building a racing mini ...
roof section has been in 4 pieces
roof is dropped so it had to be wider and longer
shortened all 6 pillars
removed the side windows from the carrera body to get vac-forming plug, also the rear window
opened the front air openigs in the body
