I would ask what has happened to HRW 1/43 scale?

Don't take it personally, Mike. Your work is fun and refreshing.
Just a slow season, and perhaps, a bit of worry over other things.

Still out here! Just working on the track scenery. Ran with a 1/32 group all winter... They now all have 1/43 cars as well, setting up a bi-weekly race schedule at my place :D if I make some progress this weekend I'll post up some pics 4 ya Mike!

Slow part of year. Weather broke, most everyone outside.

What keeps this scale running in my opinion......proxy races. Keeps you building all the time.
The battles between artin, carrera, scx, etc....keeps it fun.

Don't worry Mike, I'm slowly getting my setup back together. Track will be here soon. Still have my vac-form machine. Will be back to buildin soon.
I'll still build an artin that will whoop all over those carrera n scx cars haaaaaa!!!!!! :)

Well if you have a group of guys together a proxy could become a race. I'm a loner in Nashville so it's just me the cars and the lap timer. But where a club or just a some guys come together that puts even more fun into. I drove over to Jackson to run the HRW Nascar with Bibbster. Fun food and a soft drink.

Enjoy your local track chief.....this message forum probably isnt best for you. Its for home racing.

1/43 scale and proxy races are not for everyone. 1/24 local track racin wasn't for me. This scale more affordable.

Btw...I have put 1/24 drag motors in my 1/43 drag cars. So has Whiteside :)
