Carrera rally cars, Steering chassis
Posted: Tue Dec 04, 2012 12:56 pmThat I love the new Carrera Rally Go cars is a given. The slide guide conversion was pretty easy but having a steering chassis would put these over the top for me.
Peter is the only guy I know who has designed a steering chassis for 1/43 and gotten it 3D printed by Shapeways. In chatting with him He agreed to modify the design to fit the rally cars. I measured and he changed the chassis to fit. It seems that the Citroen DS3 WRC and the Ford Fiesta WRC bodies fit the same chassis. The Mini Countryman is a little different but Peter change that design to fit also.
