21V for a goldmine motor??? i would not come near that motor at that speed! it will run at approximately 66ooo rpm! (G9330 have been tested at 12V with 38ooo rpm). Remember, these motors are designed for 1.5V
how many amps are you feeding to the track?

as the motors have carbon brushes, i´m sure they will last long. i was just curious :)
they handled 12V on my artin road course at that time longer that i could for sure ;) darn fast.
