Recently Lukeyboy900 suggested having a 1/43 scratchbuilders thread.

This is not the first time this has been suggested and certainly wont be the last!

It is true that, during the last year or so, scratchbuilding posts in the 7 or 8 Forums that have 1/43 sections, have been few and far between.

But that does not mean that scratchbuilding has stopped, it is just that regular builders have not been posting much.

I think that, in view of the great new builds we are starting to see already this year, that the time is right to start such a thread.

But the big Question is 'WHERE'!

At the moment, the busiest 1/43 groups are on Facebook but, for ongoing discussions and continuity, traditional forums are easier to follow.

Guys ya wanna see a great build jump over to SCRATCH BUILDS 1/43 SHOWCASE,our poster ROLAND has created a fantastic MERCURY COUPE!

i´m clearly against a 1/43 subforum.
it will hide the scratchbuilds in another folder, that most users will not click.
there are not enough posts to fill it.
it´s been the same thing with the proxy-subforum (for 1/43rd) - less interest, less readings ....

but maybe this is just my opinion.
