The picture that graces this forum has a photo-mural backdrop with fans in the stands. Does anyone know where to find these. I could use a few feet
Cheers

Google : "grandstand" - pictures - voila, a huge selection.
Any image processing program ...
This way I made my ca. 3 m long and 35 cm high grandstand picture of Daytona.
I have a changeable background : When I'm running the roadcourse there will be landscape, when I run the oval, there will be the grandstand.

These are some of the variations I made from the original photo.

And there, on the right side, the backdrop will be mounted.

Nice plan Roland. Mike, I was thinking about something like that with mine. My track is where my old projector shone, I was thinking about hooking it as a second screen on my laptop, using the laptop screen as the timer program and the projector as background

I am going to mount the pictures on Masonite The masonite will then be hinged to the layout. They can then be folded down out of the way for track maintenance.
I am also thinking of having different pictures that can be slide in place. Perhaps fans and some rural scenery. It will make picture taking more interesting.
