Good day everybody,
Is it possible to extend the lenght of the wires on a Go controller of about 6 to 8 feet ?
Would it be hazardous electrically speaking ? (controllers or cars overheating...) :?
Thanks a bunch for your help :text-thankyouyellow: :text-thankyouyellow:

I did it to my HO controllers with speaker wire. Works great!

Guys, I was thinking about using SCX Compact controllers on Go track, just like the desing more and thought about getting rid off turbo also
I changed wire from Go controller, blue wire to other end and black to other.
It worked but all cars lost lots of speed, like switching from Ferrari to Fiat.
So I'm asking that is there simply more resistance (ohm) on SCX controllers than Go controllers or is it about different voltage?
Cheers, Aki
Edit
I opened SCX controller again and noticed that it doesn't give full voltage even with full throttle, only with turbo.

Yep! SCX Compact controllers are pretty much worthless... unless you want to use the turbo but even then they are to small for an adult hand they're really made for kids hands
